What happens in
an intake
The therapist looks at your skin and measures with the EVE-M under fixed lighting. You watch along on the screen and hear what is possible for you, in which order and over how many sessions.
If you are treated in the same appointment, the intake fee is waived. You decide in your own time what you do next.

Both start with the same measurement.
The skin consultation
We reserve at most 30 minutes for it: the conversation, the assessment of your skin and advice you take home with you. Nothing happens to your skin in this appointment.
It costs 50 euros. If you choose the appointment in which treatment is also possible, that amount is waived as soon as we treat.
Measure and start straight away
Book your first appointment
If we treat, you pay only the price of the treatment. The intake is then not charged separately. If no treatment is carried out, you pay 50 euros for the intake.
Whether that is possible depends on what the measurement shows, on any contraindications, on the time available that day and on what you want. If treating turns out not to be sensible at that moment, we do not do it.
This appointment is called treatment on advice. If you are already a client the intake is not needed again and it takes 60 minutes.
Of those 120 minutes, at least 60 minutes is treatment time.
Bring your skin profile
In 9 steps record what you want to change and what your skin can take. Retinol, pregnancy, tanned skin, medication: with those answers your treatment is ready before you walk in.
Build your skin profileWhat happens in
that hour
Most hesitation before an intake is about whether you will walk out with a package. So it is stated at every step, and not once in the small print.
Arrival and the conversation
We discuss your skin question. We ask what is bothering you, how long it has been going on and what you have tried yourself. We also discuss what you expect and what you specifically do not want.
You do not have to prepare for medical terms. Say it in your own words; we will translate.
What you take with you
to your appointment
Two small things, and they decide whether the measurement holds. The first point on the left counts most: foundation sits between the camera and your skin.
- Come without make-up, or expect us to take it off. Foundation sits between the camera and your skin.
- Bring photos showing how your skin looks when the concern is worse.
- Bring the products you use at home or take photos of the packaging.
- Make sure you know which medication, supplements and contraception you use.
- If you come for pigment or melasmaNo sun holiday or sunbed in the weeks beforehand. Fresh colour makes the measurement unreliable and treating afterwards unwise.
- If you come for acneDo not stop what your doctor has prescribed. We want to see how your skin looks with what you are doing now.
- Is your skin irritated right nowLet us know before you come. Postponing is often more sensible then, and it saves you an appointment that gives little.
Not sure yet what you are coming for? You do not have to be, and the finder helps you find a direction before you get here.

the consultation itself.
Selected on the treatment listed with the review, not on what the text says. On the reviews page they all stand, with an explanation of how to read a score like this.

Went to Diba Clinics for the first time. Andres did a skin scan on me and had a look, and then we talked about the plan. He clearly explained which treatment I need and the products my skin needs. Thank you Andres for your friendliness and see you again soon!

I felt very at ease and you could tell that Grissel has a lot of knowledge. She advised me well and what I also really liked is that she didn't immediately push all kinds of products or treatments on me, but genuinely took the time to look at my skin and tell me what suits me.

Frequently asked questions
Will I be called afterwards to buy something after all?
No. You hear from us when you arrange something yourself or ask a question. There is no call round and there is no offer that expires.
What if the outcome is that I should do nothing?
Then we say so and it stops there. That happens more often than you think, and it is why the measurement stands apart from the treatment.
Can I have a treatment straight away?
Yes. Book your intake with treatment and we reserve time for it and the intake fee is waived. We measure first, so that later you can check what it did.
Do I have to come separately for every concern?
No. In one appointment we look at your whole skin, including things you did not come for. Often what bothers you and what is going on turn out not to be the same.
What happens to my photos?
They stay in your own file as a starting point. They are not used on our site or in advertising unless you give separate written permission, and you can always withdraw that.
I do not even know what I would come for.
That is a perfectly good reason to come. The symptom finder helps you find a direction, and otherwise the conversation simply starts with looking.
One appointment,
with no commitment
You leave with a measurement that is yours and advice that is allowed to be no. What you do next, you decide at home.
