What this device actually does
The U225 is an injector, not a laser and not a device that works on the skin. An air-pressure system pushes an adjustable amount of liquid through a fine needle, at a depth between one and ten millimetres, up to eight times per second.
What sets it apart from injecting by hand is that only the needle moves and the syringe stays still. So there is less vibration and the depth is the same from injection to injection, even when a few hundred follow one another.
What is in the syringe decides the treatment, not the device. That can be a skin booster or a mesotherapy mixture, and that choice belongs with the therapist.
