Terms and conditions
You are probably here because something is up. You have to cancel, you are late, or you have seen an amount you did not expect. So below are situations and not articles.
With every situation it says what it costs and why the rule is there. The latter is the difference between a condition and a fine.
Up to 48 hours beforehand, cancelling costs you nothing, and you do not have to give a reason.
After that a part of the rate is charged, because the slot can no longer be filled. Every other rule on this page is a variation on that one.
What a treatment costs
You cancel or reschedule in time
Up to 48 hours before your appointment you can cancel or reschedule, by phone or message. You do not have to give a reason.
What it costs
Nothing. Your deposit is not lost and moves to the new appointment.
Why this rule
Within 48 hours we can usually still give the slot to someone else. Beyond that we cannot, and that is the only difference between this rule and the next.
You cancel too late or do not come
If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, or do not turn up without a message, your deposit is lost. For a new appointment we ask for a deposit again.
What it costs
Only the deposit. Not the full rate and not a percentage of the reserved treatment either.
Why this rule
The time was reserved and the therapist was ready. It stays at the deposit because the aim is that a slot does not stay empty, and not that money is made from someone who was not there.
You are late
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the treatment may no longer fit safely into the reserved time. If it can be done safely we shorten it; if not, we reschedule the appointment.
What it costs
If it is shortened the full treatment price applies, because the time was reserved for you. If the appointment has to be rescheduled, the deposit is lost.
Why this rule
Otherwise the next appointment shifts along, and then someone else pays for something they had no part in. Half-treating because the clock says so is the other option, and it is worse.
We have to cancel
If an appointment cannot go ahead from our side, you hear that as soon as we know ourselves and we find a new date together.
What it costs
Nothing. Your deposit stays for the new appointment or you get it back.
Why this rule
The same rule as above, but our way round. A condition that works in only one direction is not an agreement.
You buy a programme in advance
Prepaid sessions remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
What it costs
Unused sessions can be booked within that period or refunded.
Why this rule
The intervals affect the result, so a programme is meant to be completed according to plan. The period supports that and is not there to make sessions expire.
When you pay
You pay in the clinic itself. The deposit you paid when booking is set off against the total.
What it costs
The amount that was on the site beforehand. Never more than that.
Why this rule
All rates are public, per session and per area. What you pay is what was stated, and nothing is added at the desk.
You are not satisfied
Let us know, preferably as soon as possible. We look together at what happened and what a fitting next step is.
What it costs
Nothing to discuss it.
Why this rule
Nobody can honestly guarantee a result. What we do is take our explanation, our agreements and our responsibility seriously. If something about what you were told beforehand is not right, that is our mistake and we handle it as such.
Three things that never change.
These are not provisions but commitments. They are here so that they count too when you take the conditions out.
The price on the site is the price
All rates are public, per session and per version. There are no discounts, promo codes or temporary offers, so there is never a moment when you were too early or too late.
No result is guaranteed
How your skin responds differs per person. What we do is measure beforehand, so that afterwards there is something to compare rather than something to feel.
Saying no is allowed, from both sides
If a treatment does not suit your skin or the moment, it does not go ahead. That can also become clear on the day itself, and then it costs you nothing.
What is
not here yet.
A section on liability. That wording is legal work and should come from a lawyer, not from us. As long as it is not here, we make no half-statement about it either: then at least you know it is missing rather than reading something that is no use to you.
The periods and amounts on this page are still a proposal in this version too. What was agreed at your appointment and what is on your confirmation takes precedence over what is written here.
If you have a question about these conditions, just ask it. Diba Clinics can be reached on 010-2038423 and via WhatsApp.
