Working at
Diba Clinics

There are 11, of whom 5 are skin therapists. We work with laser, light, needling and peels, and every programme starts with a measurement. That last part is not a slogan but the order things go in here.

Before you apply

What we ask of a new colleague

Every vacancy asks for a team player with a passion for skin. What a clinic really expects of you is never stated, and what it does not expect even less so. On a site where every treatment says what it cannot do, that belongs here too.

This we do expect
  • That you say clearly when a treatment is not appropriate or not safe. Good advice can also mean not treating.
  • That you measure before you start, and that you can explain your setting to the client and to a colleague.
  • That you keep up with what changes in the field. A diploma is a starting point.
This we do not expect
  • Selling. Staff are not judged on revenue per client. A treatment or product is only recommended when the therapist thinks it adds something.
  • Being able to do everything alone. There are two disciplines in the house precisely because one angle is often not enough.
  • Mastering all the equipment straight away. Training on a new device is part of it and there is time for that.

What you work with

Two professions under one roof.

That is not a division on paper. With acne and pigment there is often a nutritional side to the story, and then someone who looks at that joins in. With laser and needling a skin therapist does it. So you regularly work on the same file from a different angle.

  • Skin therapist

Works with the devices and the treatments: laser, light, needling, peels. Judges what your skin can take and tunes the settings to it.

  • Orthomolecular skin specialist

Looks at what plays a part from within: food, hormones, digestion. With acne and pigment that is often half the story.

  • Laser specialist

Works with the laser and light equipment: hair removal, and light aimed at colour or vessels. Chooses the setting per skin type and per area.

How you apply
to us

Send your CV to info@dibaclinics.nl with the position in the subject line. A long cover letter is not needed; we would rather call and ask our questions ourselves. If it goes on from there, you spend half a day with us before either side signs anything.
