Before you book

Your confirmation arrives immediately: You choose a time yourself and get the confirmation straight into your inbox.
You can reschedule up to 48 hours beforehand: Free of charge, and you do not have to give a reason.
You pay a deposit: If you carry on booking, the amount moves to your next treatment; a deposit is then always in place. If you stop, or want to book online, you get it back.

If you are in doubt

Two ways

If you do not yet know which treatment you need, you start with one of these two. In both, a therapist looks at your skin first.

A skin consultation only
30 minutes, € 50
Measuring, explanation and a plan you take with you. You then decide yourself whether and when you go on.
Treatment on advice
120 or 60 minutes
Looking and treating in the same appointment, if that is responsible. If you are new it takes two hours: 30 to 60 minutes of intake and then at least an hour of treatment. If you are already a client it is one hour without a new intake. You pay for the treatment; the intake fee is waived.

Good to know

It happens. This is what applies then, so that you know before you book.

You cancel or reschedule in time: Nothing. Your deposit is not lost and moves to the new appointment.
You cancel too late or do not come: Only the deposit. Not the full rate and not a percentage of the reserved treatment either.
You are late: If it is shortened the full treatment price applies, because the time was reserved for you. If the appointment has to be rescheduled, the deposit is lost.
We have to cancel: Nothing. Your deposit stays for the new appointment or you get it back.
You buy a programme in advance: Unused sessions can be booked within that period or refunded.
When you pay: The amount that was on the site beforehand. Never more than that.
You are not satisfied: Nothing to discuss it.
