• Finally my first real professional facial haha, I'm just being honest! It was so nerve-racking, but Demi explained everything step by step! Put me at ease! I was more worried about the photos, but luckily it isn't too bad and thankfully she can treat it well and we're going to get to work on my pigmentation! I have complete confidence in Demi! She's so open and honest and doesn't just push a treatment on you, and that's what I appreciate most! It was my first treatment and it went well, not very painful, but the skinpen is quite sensitive! All in all a real star, you just have to go there for your facial, trust me! Thanks again Demi for everything we've achieved so far!

• Got a really lovely explanation from Rojda about what she currently sees and what I can expect and how we'll get there. Also really nice that she thinks along with you and understands that you get a lot of information at a first appointment like that, which is why some things are written down! I felt seen and heard.
