• I had a facial at Diba Clinics and I'm very happy with my experience. A skin scan was done beforehand, which I really liked! Everything was explained clearly and calmly. During the treatment I felt at ease and the work was professional and careful. The aftercare and advice were clear and reassuring too. I feel like there's genuine attention for your skin. Definitely recommend it!

• I was helped enormously well. I felt heard and my needs were taken into account. After the consultation I was immediately enthusiastic and then booked an appointment for a treatment based on advice. The staff are enormously client-friendly too.

• I look back on the appointment feeling really good. The therapist was very friendly and knew her stuff. She looked critically at the skin analysis and explained everything well. She also listened carefully to what I wanted. The treatment itself was then very pleasant. She took me through all the steps and kept putting me at ease. Genuinely a star. My skin feels really lovely now too and the aftercare instructions are completely clear. I'm looking forward to the next appointment!

• Came for the first time today, I was welcomed kindly as soon as I came in. Plenty of time was taken to explain the treatment (fotona 4d) and do a skin analysis. During the treatment they explained what was being done too. Happy so far! Now to see what result the first treatment gives.

• I came for the first time yesterday. When I walked in I could see straight away how beautiful it looked. I got a trusting feeling immediately. I had a consultation with bahar. She explains everything really well and clearly. She was so friendly, and the rest of the staff were so friendly too. I also had a short chat with rojda, a really lovely lady who put me at ease. My first treatment is soon, I can't wait. They've got a new regular. Diba clinics the best!

• Today I booked a last-minute treatment and was helped really well by Melisa. Sadly the skin scan wasn't working, but never mind. Melisa treated me well and explained everything clearly. I didn't need much, so we went for a hydrafacial. Appointment number 2 is in September!

• First I had a skin analysis and then went through with the skin specialist which treatment would be suitable. A really lovely member of staff who also put me at ease and told me everything she was doing. Had a good and lovely treatment. Definitely worth repeating.

We went for the dermapen4. The girls in the salon were client-friendly and during my treatment Melissa clearly explained each step / what she was doing.
