What this device actually does
The working part is the tip, not the cabinet. Inside the tip is a spiral channel under suction with fluid running through it at the same time. Those two together make a swirling movement across the skin: loosened cells and pore contents are carried out, through a side channel into a collection jar, while serum goes in via the same channel.
That is called Vortex-Fusion: cleansing, loosening, suctioning away and delivering happen in the same pass, with one hand.
The tips are single-use and there are different kinds, with a coarser or finer spiral. Which one is used depends on your skin and on the goal of the treatment.
