My first time at diba center, very happy with how I was welcomed and treated. I'd chosen the special treatment via the website. Once in the treatment room I changed on their advice to the dermapen treatment for more results. This wasn't my first dermapen so luckily I know what positive effects it has. I was helped really well! See you in 5 weeks.

I was helped well by Melissa. When I arrived I did find it a shame that everyone had to search for which appointment I was there for, and I also heard a colleague say the appointment hadn't been made even though I'd sent a message about it. That felt a bit unpleasant at first, but after that it was just fine and I'm happy with the end result. Best wishes.
