• The person who treated me was very friendly and gave good advice after asking lots of questions. We talked a lot along the way, there were hardly any silences, and I was very happy with the dermapen treatment I'd been recommended. Now, the dermapen isn't a painless treatment, but hey, beauty is pain.

• What lovely ladies to see and talk to. Came for a laser treatment for the first time. A really kind lady helped me, told me everything she was doing, explained everything brilliantly.
