• Got a really lovely explanation from Rojda about what she currently sees and what I can expect and how we'll get there. Also really nice that she thinks along with you and understands that you get a lot of information at a first appointment like that, which is why some things are written down! I felt seen and heard. Walked out with a smile and real hope.

• Had a facial at Diba Clinics for the second time today. The first time I was treated by Andres. He's very friendly and explains everything really well. Today I was treated by Demi. Demi is incredibly friendly too and takes the time to explain everything clearly and step by step. Thank you so much for the pleasant treatment! I'm very happy. My next appointment is already booked.

• I had a really lovely experience! My therapist genuinely took her time with me and gave me suitable advice. On top of that I could ask all my questions and during the treatment she told me what was happening and whether everything felt okay (in terms of pain). All in all a lovely experience! I didn't feel like a number at all. I booked a new appointment straight away too.
