This was my first appointment. I was quite nervous. I was helped by Melissa. She was very friendly and put me at ease, and she explained everything. At each step she said what she was going to do and what it was for. So I booked a follow-up appointment straight away and bought some products.

Had a combi treatment today, Carbon with the Dermapen. Helped really nicely and had a big laugh again. Everything explained well again and applied nicely. I'm curious about the results. See you next week!

I found both the treatment and the therapist good. Everything was explained to me well and clearly. During the treatment she asked now and then whether I was still okay, which I really liked. That made me feel at ease and I could also say freely if it needed to be a bit gentler. I'm really curious about the results and looking forward to the next treatment!

On their advice I had a peel and dermapen 4 treatment from dear Rojda. Really lovely that she could tell me which treatment my skin needed and she even picked out the right skincare products for me. I appreciate enormously that she takes the trouble and the time to give me such personalised advice. You can tell she does her job with passion and I see that in my skin too.

Had my first laser appointment at DB center today. I had my consultation and treatment with Chayenne (sorry if I've got it wrong). The salon is beautifully furnished, and on top of that the therapist gave a clear explanation and genuinely took me into account. The ladies who work there beam at you with a smile! They work very clearly, precisely and professionally. That deserves saying!! The follow-up appointment is already booked. See you on 13 March ladies!

I had the carbon treatment yesterday, not with Rojda by the way, but how lovely she was (I've forgotten your name, im sorryyyy)! Everything was explained brilliantly, no question marks in my head. So happy I could book a lash lift last minute too! After that treatment Melissa said she thought it might not have taken properly. (Which most people generally don't even dare to say). Sadly it hadn't taken well but she immediately asked whether she should do it again! So cute, given it was already after 18:00. In the end we made an appointment to fix it. Long story short, the way your colleagues solve things is so kind and trustworthy!! I'm glad I ended up here! Lovee.

My 3rd dermapen treatment already. And every time I'm so happy with the treatment and with the ladies who help me. The first two times I was helped by a Moroccan girl who I think is soooo kind, genuine and professional. And this time by a Greek girl. (I'm terrible with names) But again a really lovely girl who is very genuine too. It always feels like I'm having a conversation with friends! Both soooo lovely girls with always a clear explanation about the treatment and aftercare, even now it's my third time! I'm just so happy with you all! See you next month. <3.

I found my laser appointment genuinely so nerve-racking, especially the bikini area, but Chandi really put me at ease! I felt so comfortable with her. She's so professional, explains everything so well that you understand it straight away! I think she's genuinely a star, it was my first appointment too and they won't get rid of me now. My welcome was wonderful too, when I came in I was immediately offered something to drink, so kind, and Diba, what a sweetheart, she came over for a chat too. All in all they're stars, genuinely recommend it people! Just book, you're in really good hands with these caring and lovely, clever girls! and see you soon, love, Monique.

So happy! Every step is clearly explained during the treatment. They look at what the client needs and everything is adapted to that. Rojda genuinely has a heart of gold!

Today I had my first appointment at Diba beauty. I was treated very professionally and they gave a lot of explanation about what was being done. I've had experience with several salons before. I have to say that Diba beauty is the best so far in terms of professional approach and treatments. You'll see me again next month!
