• Had a laser treatment at diba for the first time. Before this I'd had a really bad experience with other people so I was a bit afraid to have laser treatment again. But I thought, people are so impressed with Diba beauty center, I'll just give it a try. I'm so happy with the treatment. After the first time I noticed a difference straight away. Normally I had to shave my face every day and I'd see hairs on my face again the same evening. I'm a few weeks on now and I only see hairs on my face again after 1/2 days. For me that's already a huge improvement. I can't wait for the next treatment.

• I'm of Asian descent and my lashes are very important to me. That's why I often curl my lashes with a lash curler. Now I've had the lash lift and I'm so happy with it, my lashes are lifted so beautifully. It's amazing what an effect it has with my straight lashes, it even looks like I have extensions. • I went to my laser treatment reluctantly because I didn't know what to expect, and honestly I didn't feel at ease either. Once I arrived I was welcomed very warmly, Seval introduced herself very nicely and put me at ease quickly by striking up a conversation because she noticed I was nervous. Then she analysed my skin and gave me some tips. She was very client-focused and concentrated on her work but at the same time she was such good company. She explained every step before taking it, and she paid special attention to my pain threshold: if it hurt she noticed straight away and turned the machine down. I felt at ease with her after 5 minutes, her professionalism guarantees you results!! She also looks after you really well during the treatment, every few minutes she asked whether I wanted something to drink and kept asking whether I still felt okay and whether I was managing. I'm genuinely extremely happy with my first treatment and I recommend Dibabeauty to everyone! They work very cleanly and are very professional in their work. I'm already looking forward to my second treatment! Thank you so much Dibabeauty and especially Seval!

• A really lovely welcome and conversation with the specialist. The result was lovely. It just took a really long time! Easily 1.5 hours! I've had lash lifting somewhere else once and then it took 45 minutes.
