• I was helped well by Melissa. When I arrived I did find it a shame that everyone had to search for which appointment I was there for, and I also heard a colleague say the appointment hadn't been made even though I'd sent a message about it. That felt a bit unpleasant at first, but after that it was just fine and I'm happy with the end result. Best wishes.
