• The first time I've ever been to a beautician & definitely not the last! (at diba anyway) I walked in and was welcomed warmly straight away. During the treatment I felt completely at ease. Even after the treatment, when I had a 'moment' and didn't feel great, you were so kind and so friendly!! Sadly I couldn't thank you, which is why I left something behind. But here it is once more: thank you so much for today & see you next time.

• I thought the appointment was wonderful! Rodja is so professional, so beautiful and kind, she knows what she's talking about! The welcome from her sister was brilliant, I felt at ease straight away and above all safe, I just let it all happen! I thought she'd say something shocking about my skin, but she was mostly very positive about it, she can help me with my problem and will of course carry on treating me. I'm so happy and grateful that I found them through social media! My treatment today was very pleasant too, they're so clean and neat, she says everything she's going to do during the treatment, what you can expect and especially what you might feel in terms of reaction. Completely brilliant and this was only a mini treatment, can't wait for the next treatment which will be more intense! Thank you Rodja and see you very soon, hopefully sooner if someone cancels.

• I went to Diba on my sister's recommendation and how lovely it was! Rojda is so friendly and helpful. Before the treatment she told me exactly what was going on with my skin, and everything I had in the back of my mind was noticed too. After the treatment she put together a personal skin diet for me and booked a follow-up appointment straight away. I can recommend Diba to everyone! Thank you so much Rojda!

• I went to my laser treatment reluctantly because I didn't know what to expect, and honestly I didn't feel at ease either. Once I arrived I was welcomed very warmly, Seval introduced herself very nicely and put me at ease quickly by striking up a conversation because she noticed I was nervous. Then she analysed my skin and gave me some tips. She was very client-focused and concentrated on her work but at the same time she was such good company. She explained every step before taking it, and she paid special attention to my pain threshold: if it hurt she noticed straight away and turned the machine down. I felt at ease with her after 5 minutes, her professionalism guarantees you results!! She also looks after you really well during the treatment, every few minutes she asked whether I wanted something to drink and kept asking whether I still felt okay and whether I was managing. I'm genuinely extremely happy with my first treatment and I recommend Dibabeauty to everyone! They work very cleanly and are very professional in their work. I'm already looking forward to my second treatment! Thank you so much Dibabeauty and especially Seval!
