Every treatment starts with cleansing, and that is done by hand. Make-up and sebum come off and the therapist checks that everything is gone, because a device or an active ingredient that works on a layer never reaches your skin.

The handpiece passes in strips across the scalp. You feel warmth, not pricking.

What you notice in the chair
You sit upright and the therapist works in strips across your scalp. What you feel is warmth rising briefly with each strip.
Afterwards you can carry straight on with your day and wash your hair as usual. There is nothing to see on you.
