LED light in several wavelengths, each with its own depth in the skin. No needles, no acids and no recovery time.
The Skin Complete LED system we work with. The light is absorbed by the skin and supports healing there; the therapist chooses the wavelength and the time on the basis of the skin analysis. Usually straight after another treatment, and for redness or rosacea also as a separate series.
The therapist chooses the settings based on your skin, your health, the treatment area and the goal of the treatment.

Which concerns we treat with it
Per concern it says which treatment is used for it. Which one suits you is established by the skin therapist at the intake.
What this device actually does
LED works differently from a laser or IPL. Those heat a target in the skin, pigment or a vessel or water, and the result comes from the healing that follows. LED heats nothing: the light is absorbed by the skin and does its work in the cell itself.
In every cell are mitochondria, the parts that supply energy. Light of certain wavelengths is absorbed there, after which the cell has more energy available for repair and production. That effect is called photobiomodulation.
The colours most studied in the professional literature sit around 415 nanometres (blue), 633 nanometres (red) and 830 nanometres (near-infrared). Blue stays in the upper layers and is used for blemishes. Red reaches into the dermis, where the connective tissue sits. Near-infrared goes furthest, because that wavelength is held back least by the skin.
The skin stays intact, so there is nothing that has to heal: no redness, no waiting time and no instructions for home. That is exactly why it fits straight after a treatment that does prompt the skin, such as microneedling or a peel.
It works cumulatively. One session is one prompt; the difference builds across a series, with a few days to a week in between. The therapist chooses the wavelength and the time based on what came out of the skin analysis.
Where this device is meant for
On the left what this device was made for, on the right when something else does more for you.
- Calming redness and rosacea
- Supporting recovery after needling or a peel
- Adding to a treatment without extra recovery time
- For pigment or hair growth you choose laser or IPL
- For texture and scars, microneedling works deeper
- Light works through repetition, so you plan a series
What is different from the other devices here
Several devices here do the same thing to the eye. Which one you get depends on your skin and on what was measured. Below is how they differ from one another.
- Compared with
Nordlys
Aims at the vessels themselves and works with heat. The Precision Photonic System works with light the skin absorbs, and so has no recovery time.
To the Nordlys - Compared with
Fotona TimeWalker
Breaks tissue down to provoke repair. LED works more gently: light that calms the skin and supports the repair.

Every page below also says what this device is not for, and whether we treat that concern at all.
Frequently asked questions
Do I feel anything of this?
Little. Light comes at a low strength and at most you notice mild warmth. Most people find it the calmest quarter of an hour of their week.
Why different colours?
Every wavelength reaches a different depth. Blue stays in the upper layers, red reaches into the dermis and near-infrared goes furthest, because that colour is held back least by the skin.
Does this work on its own?
With redness and rosacea people book it as a separate series. Otherwise we use it alongside another treatment, where it calms the skin and supports the recovery.
Is there recovery time?
No. You walk straight out with it and carry on with your day.
How often do I need to come?
Light works cumulatively, so the difference builds across a series with a few days to a week in between. How many sessions that is you hear after the skin analysis.
The difference is in the hand that operates it
The same Precision Photonic System gives a different result in two clinics. What counts is the measurement beforehand, the setting that belongs with it and the therapist who judges what suits your skin.
The measurement
Under UV and in normal light, so that you know what is there and how deep.
The setting
Strength, depth and pulse duration are chosen for your skin, not to a standard.
The honest no
If this does not fit what is going on with you, we say so.
